A 40-year career of learning from others has allowed Bruce Leicher to develop the ability to anticipate challenges while balancing the demands of business imperatives. His understanding of the importance of compliance and legal objectives has benefitted executive and legal teams alike on strategy, board governance, resourcing (internal and external), compliance programs and government affairs.

Bruce’s multidisciplinary experience includes corporate and litigation roles at law firms, high-tech and biotech companies as well as positions as a C-suite level executive.  These along with his service on several boards and as an adjunct biotech law professor enable him to advise executive teams and find solutions that embrace and integrate competing challenges.
