A strong and versatile management leader, Jim Roach is a strategic drug development executive with unique, broad, and diverse experience.  As an officer of both public and private companies and member of executive leadership teams, Jim’s expertise has benefitted small and mid-size Biotechnology Companies, Global Pharmaceutical and Specialty Pharmaceutical Companies, and Contract Research Organizations.

Jim has built and guided teams in Preclinical Development, Clinical Research and Development (incl. Translational Medicine and Phases I-IV), Regulatory Affairs, and Medical Affairs.  Jim’s unique perspective to strategic advising benefitted greatly from holding academic appointments at Harvard Medical School and Brigham and Women’s Hospital for over twenty years as well as serving as an active-duty officer in the US Army Medical Corps.
